TEXT to COLUMNS retains the appearance data in the cell as correct (MM/DD/YYYY) but the formula still interprets the date as Armenian format (DD/MM/YYYY) so when I attempt to insert a function, the result is still incorrect. For example, when I want to find if the number of days in a date set such as and is over 30 days, my formula returns the result of False if they are both in the English (Caribbean) format. But given the first date in English format with the second date in Armenian format, this result is True since Excel is interpreting the second date as October, not May. But I appreciate your input!
